 Merchandise for retail purchase
Blank firing guns, black powder revolvers
and muskets, theatrical stage prop guns, air rifles and certain
gun accessories are available for direct public purchase from IAR,
Inc. You must be 21 years of age or older. It is
your responsibility to determine if blank firing guns, black powder
guns or air rifles are legal in your locality.
All other guns can only be purchased through a firearms dealer with a Federal Firearms
License (FFL). This includes all cartridge guns. Please furnish us with
your name and phone number, and we will locate a dealer for you in your
area.
How to purchase
The easiest way to purchase directly
from IAR, Inc. is to use our
Online Shopping Cart with payment by credit card. We will contact
you by phone to verify your information, and only charge your credit
card after we have processed your order manually. We normally stock
all merchandise you see. If we accidentally run out of an item,
we will let you know right away. You can also purchase by mail,
fax or by phone, with payment by credit card, or postal
money order.
Shipping
- Normal shipping within the 48 contiguous
U.S. states is via Fedex Ground. Shipping, handling and insurance
(SH&I) charges are automatically calculated by our Online
Shopping Cart at $14.00 per handgun and $20.00 per rifle, with a
minimum of $14.00 per order.
- Shipments by air for 2-day or overnight
delivery are also available within the U.S. Please contact IAR Sales

- Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii can only be by air.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- An adult signature is required for
delivery of all products.
Excluded Territories
Sorry, IAR Inc. cannot ship outside of the
United States. IAR cannot ship blank firing guns to California except for
military,
police and theatrical use.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.75% is automatically calculated by the
Shopping Cart on all orders shipped within California unless a resale number is
provided. If you have a resale number, please write it into the comment field of the
on-line order form.
Returns
Items shipped from IAR, Inc. are in new condition, unless specified otherwise. If your
merchandise is damaged in transit, contact the shipper immediately. If an item is
defective, contact us for a return authorization number, then ship it back to us. All
merchandise is guaranteed if returned in EXACT SAME CONDITION as
received within 10 days. Shipping charges are not refunda
ble. You will be responsible for shipping costs of items
beingreturned to
IAR. Upon receiving item(s) back in good condition, we will refund their cost or replace
them at your option.
Blank Firing Revolvers and Pistols have a 30 Days warranty on parts and labor. If a revolver or pistol is damaged and cannot be repaired, and has been returned within the 30 Day wrranty time period, IAR, Inc. will issue a replacement revolver/pistol, or credit on the customer account.
REMINDER: Repair/Replace Warranty on any blnak firing gun damaged due to dry-firing is voided.
