Dealer Information
If you have not already done so, send us a copy of your Federal Firearms License signed
in ink with your first order. California gun dealers must provide additional documents,
including a resale number, or add applicable sales tax.
How to Order
- The easiest way for dealers to purchase from IAR, Inc. is to
use our
Online Shopping Cart.
- You will be charged according to
our Dealer's Confidential Price List, even though the shopping
cart system only shows retail prices. We will only charge your
credit card after we have processed your order manually. We will
confirm your order with dealer pricing via e-mail, phone or fax.
- We normally stock all merchandise you see. If we accidentally run out of an item, we
will let you know right away.
- You can also purchase by mail or by phone, with payment by credit card, check, or postal money
order.
Shipping Charges
- Final shipping charges will be quoted when we
confirm your order.
- Normal shipping within the 48 contiguous
U.S. states U.S. is via Fedex Ground. Air shipment for 2-day or
overnight delivery is also available.
- Ammunition can be shipped by air but has
to be sent in a separate box, in effect making it a separate order.
- Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii can only be by air.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
No International Shipments
Sorry, IAR Inc. does not export. This
includes Canada.
Sales Tax
California gun dealers must check the "tax exempt" box and have filed their tax
exempt number to avoid payment of normal 7.75% California sales tax.
Returns
Items shipped from IAR, Inc. are
in new condition, unless specified otherwise. If your
merchandise is damaged in transit, contact the shipper immediately. If an item is
defective, contact us for a return authorization number, then ship it back to us. All
merchandise is guaranteed if returned in EXACT SAME CONDITION as
received within 10 days. You just have to pay for return shipping. Upon receiving the item
back in good condition, we will refund your money or replace the item at your option.
